Option 1: Childbirth Education for the Modern Family- $80

• 8-Week Group Session, hosted through Zoom
• Receive a new workbook every two weeks to begin creating your birth vision, prepare for labor, and prepare for postpartum. 
• Gather online twice a month to discuss the material, ask questions and share your perspective. 
• Private Zoom sessions are available (at additional cost) on the date of your choice 

Option 2: Childbirth Education + Yoga - $160

• 8-Week Childbirth Education for the Modern Family enrollment, workbooks and group Zoom discussions
• Access to 36 trimester-specific yoga, breathing and relaxation videos! 

Adjust your practice to follow your body! Each trimester (1st-3rd) you can access:

• Four 60-minute guided asana videos (yoga poses)
• Four 15-minute breathing practices
• Four 10-minute guided relaxation audio files
